Professional Experience and Expertise
Dr. Martinez has worked in law enforcement since 2011.
He currently serves as a Captain with the North Dakota Highway Patrol, where he leads the Administrative Services Division.
He has also worked for the Nevada Attorney General's Office as a Criminal Investigator. While with the Nevada AG's Office, he was part of the Tobacco Unit, General Fraud Unit, and a member of the FBI's Joint Terrorism Taskforce.
Dr. Martinez's expertise and areas of interest include women in policing, courts, and corrections.
