Professional Experience
Jeff Kirkpatrick is a 1997 graduate of the Nebraska College of Law. After a number of years as a trial attorney in private practice where his work included employment, personal injury, education, and criminal defense law, he joined the Lincoln City Law Department in 2010. He was promoted to City Attorney in 2014. He has also been an adjunct professor at the College of Law teaching Legal Writing, Pre-trial Litigation, and Trial Advocacy.
